June 2020

Uncle Robert bought 3 bunnies and one of them is pregnant.  He's crazy and these kiddos LOVE it!!!

These 2 spent close to 3 hours trying to retrieve a Barbie water bottle that got lost down a crack in the car.  I couldn't even see it but they were sure they could and literally stuck with it until Daddy got home and drug them out.  On Sunday they talked Grammy into helping them and she talked Caleb into helping them and some how much to my surprise he got it out for them.

My sisters have been getting together on Wednesdays for awhile now and we tried joining them this week.  It's hard because there are a lot of us and the babies can't really nap at Grandmas house but it worked okay this week.  We came for a couple hours in the morning and then I took Payton home with me while Evie and Hazel stayed to play with Autumn.

Grammy always has fun things to do with the kids.  Today they made a sock bunny.

Sadie, Wyatt, Cooper, and Payton flew the kite today.  I don't think we've ever had it up as high as we did today.  They did a great job.  We even sent notes up like I use to do as a kid and they were able to get it down all by themselves.

Sadie's class had an end of the year party which was girls only because of the continued restrictions on large group gatherings.  It was a little bit rainy and the water was 45 degrees but these crazy girls stayed in the pool until we finally kicked them out to go home.

Coopers, Wyatt and Sadie got turns running up to Home Depot with Daddy this month.

Hazel and Carter have really been hitting it off lately.  Usually Hazel hangs out in the calf barn with Carter but one week Carter played Barbies with her.

Hay fights are better than corn fights.

I learned how to mow!

We participated in our first outdoor church service on Father's Day weekend.  It went really well all considering.  The babies just barely hung in there but we made it.

And we had our first experience with gum in hair.  Oh Hazel!!!  Thankfully peanut butter did the trick.

Swimming at Grammy's House!

Evie had her Grammy Day.  It was a little different this year because they couldn't go anywhere but Grammy makes everything fun.  Evie played with beans, got a Happy Meal for lunch, got an enormous shaved ice, and had triple chocolate pancakes for dinner.

And last but not least we finally got our dentist appointments rescheduled.  It's still so strange having to wear a mask everywhere we go but its the way of things right now.
Some of us obviously understand the concept of wearing a mask more than others.
