 Welcome Baby Grace!!!

We just couldn't be happier for Robert and Amanda.

In many ways it feels natural to see Robert with a baby in his arms.  Afterall as a kid he said he wanted something like 26 kids.  He has 16 nieces and nephews, he's "uncle" to countless more, he's never missed a chance to hold a baby, or buy a loud or large baby gift to celebrate a new little one, he's the one I blame for wishing twins upon me, and he seems to have a super human power for entertaining kids.  He just never seems to tire of their crazy antics.  Maybe that's because he's somehow held on to a little bit more of the joy of being a kid than most us do.  I don't know but either way while it's not unusual to see him holding a baby it is sooo surreal to see him with a baby of his own.  We are so happy for Robert and Amanda and for their whole beautiful growing family.

We had so much fun that we had to go back the next day with Daddy.
I took Hazel and Evie out of school since they'd been such good sports about not getting to come with us the day before.  On the way there the conversation was that Daddy should get to hold Grace first because he loves babies the most. :)
