March Wrap Up

We are so excited to welcome Spring.  However, March turned out to be pretty cold and wet.  This part of the year is always a little hard.  The house feels restless, I'm ready for everyone to be outside playing a little more, and with our home addition this year I think we're a little extra ready.  However there's no hurrying it along so while we anxiously await the end of the rainy season we....

Evie LOVES dress up days. :)

We're starting to get out a little more than we use to.  In preparation for the craziness that is about to disrupt our lives one of the adjustments we knew we'd need to make was to our our grocery shopping routine.  We've gotten in the habit of running out on Saturday afternoons to do our Costco trip and grab the miscellaneous items I always seem to forget when I put in my grocery pick up order.  This has worked really well for us.  We leave the oldest 5 at home to have their T.V./tablet time for the day and about half of the time we take the babies with us and the other half of the time Sadie is willing to watch them.  It gives us a little break and it's nice to have time with just the babies once in awhile.  We started this because the girls were simply too difficult for me to take out alone and then I honestly just haven't found the motivation to try taking them out on my own again.  Like everything else it's a lot of work with 2 and it takes some practice for them to understand what the expectations are which is no fun for Mommy!
This was our first time attempting both Costco and Winco in the same outing.
Not all moments were pretty but we did it!

These girls rocked their dentist appointments.

Aubrey and Maddie LOVE all their bigger siblings and friends.  I didn't get a photo but Maddie was riding around on Sadie and then Eden's shoulders after church while Hazel walked around with Aubrey.
